Through aggressive self marketing and with teamed and/or joint ventured partners HMT shall offer flexible and immediate contracting solutions to the customer by virtue of its Tribal owned 8 (a) status and its “qualified team” to demonstrate past performance and provide the best price with the highest value to the customer. HMT and its Team shall seek:
